| THANKFUL TO BE ABLE TO HELP The Cooperative Feeding Program is extremely thankful that we were able to care for the hungry in our community this Thanksgiving. More than 4,200 families received holiday food, including turkeys, hams, or gift cards. Traffic was heavy and non-stop, so The CFP instituted our fist time ever vehicle drive-through. This new system allowed us to move cars through the intake system for less the two minutes per car. We are hopeful that we can again provide this amazing assistance to our customers for the Christmas Holiday. As more and more families lose their jobs and or their homes, the lines at The CFP wind down the sidewalk and out into the street. Close to 200 showers per week are being provided. More than 350 hot meals are distributed each day, along with another 150 sandwiches for lunch.
